The gabion wire mesh is an ecological grid layout. In China, the ecological grid layout originated from the bamboo cage of more than 2,000 years. Nowadays, the new ecological grid layout as a new technology, new skills, and new materials has been successfully used in the maintenance projects of water conservancy projects, highways, railway projects, and dikes. The organic connection between the project layout and the ecological environment has been well completed. Compared with some traditional rigid layouts, they have their own advantages. Therefore, they have become the preferred layout type for maintaining river troughs, managing landslides, preventing mudslides, and avoiding rockfall coordinating environmental maintenance.
There are four main types of gabion wire mesh raw materials:
(1) Galvanized steel wire: high-quality low-carbon steel wire, the diameter of steel wire is 2.0MM-4.0MM, the tensile strength of steel wire is not less than 380Mpa, the appearance of steel wire is maintained by hot-dip galvanizing, and the thickness of galvanized maintenance layer is based on customer demand. Manufactured with a maximum galvanizing capacity of up to 300g/m2.
(2) Zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy steel wire: (also known as Galvan) wire, which is a new type of new material in the world of these years, corrosion resistance is traditional pure galvanized More than 3 times, the diameter of the steel wire can reach 1.0MM-3.0MM, and the tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 1380Mpa.
(3) Galvanized steel wire plastic coated: high-quality low-carbon steel wire, which is covered with a layer of PVC maintenance layer on the outer surface of the steel wire, and then woven into hexagonal nets of various specifications. This layer of PVC maintenance layer will greatly increase the maintenance in a highly polluted environment, and through the selection of different colors, it can blend with the surrounding environment.
(4) Zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy steel wire plastic coating: a layer of PVC maintenance layer is coated on the outer surface of the zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy steel wire, and then woven into hexagonal nets of various specifications. This layer of PVC maintenance layer will greatly increase the maintenance in a highly polluted environment, and through the selection of different colors, it can blend with the surrounding environment.
