What are the differences between plastic mesh and PVC coated temporary fence?

I always hear about dip-plastic fences and PVC coated temporary fences. What is the difference between them?

The dip-protected fence mesh product is based on steel, and the weather-resistant polymer resin is the outer layer (thickness 0.5-1.0mm). It has anti-corrosion, anti-rust, acid and alkali resistance, moisture resistance, insulation, aging resistance, good hand feeling, environmental protection, long life, etc. It is a new generation of traditional paints, galvanized coatings and other applications.

Mainly used for: highway fence network, railway fence network, airport fence network, workshop barrier, community fence network, villa fence network, civil residential fence network, hardware fence network craft frame, column cage, sports fitness equipment.

PVC coated temporary fences

PVC coated temporary fence products are subjected to sanding and polishing, and are subjected to high temperature molding by electrostatic spraying. Plastic coated materials: thermoplastic powder coatings have the characteristics of softening by heat and solidification after cooling, mainly due to physical melt plasticization. Most of the dip-forming process uses thermoplastic powder, typically polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polytetrachloroethylene, which are suitable for non-toxic coatings, and are generally decorative, anti-corrosive, and wear-resistant coatings. All in all, sprayed mesh products are mostly used indoors, and dip-coated mesh products are mostly used outdoors, and dip molding is more expensive than spray molding.
